Jinwowo was included in the "internet plus" pilot unit by Chongqing Economic and Information Committee, and jointly established the Internet Business Research Institute with Chongqing University.

Jinwowo officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangxi University for Nationalities, was selected as a national key intellectual property cultivation base, and formally reached a blockchain strategic cooperation with the National University Science Park of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Jinwowo signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation on building a blockchain big data application system.

Jinwowo hosted the China (Chongqing) Blockchain Innovation and Application Forum, reached strategic cooperation with Beidou Tianji and Zhang Feimao, and jointly established a joint laboratory of blockchain and big data with Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
