The predecessor of Standard Group is Shanghai Gong Hui Iron Works (later renamed Shanghai Gong Hui Sewing Machine Factory), which was established in June 1946. 1968 moved to Lintong, Shaanxi, and changed its name to "Shaanxi Sewing Machine Factory". 198 1 took the lead in implementing horizontal alliance in the industry and changed its name to "China Standard Sewing Machine Company". 1997 10, transformed into China standard sewing machine group co., ltd, which is wholly owned by the state.
