3. Third-level qualification: refers to the qualification certificate of a real estate appraisal institution recognized by the real estate administrative department at or above the county level in the place of registration, with independent legal person qualification and valid business license of enterprise legal person.
4. Evaluating the company's qualifications refers to the company's qualifications in laws, policies and industries, and is the company's ability to engage in asset appraisal and valuation activities. Generally speaking, the evaluation of company qualifications can be divided into basic qualifications and professional qualifications. Basic qualifications refer to the qualifications that an appraisal company must have when it is in industrial and commercial registration, including business license of enterprise legal person, tax registration certificate, etc. These qualifications prove that the appraisal company has legal business qualifications and are the basis for the appraisal company to carry out business. Professional qualification refers to the qualification certificate that the appraisal company applies to the government or industry association according to business needs, including real estate appraisal qualification, land appraisal qualification and asset appraisal qualification.
