Huang Minqiang participated in the Qinghai Academician Tour organized by China Academy of Sciences in Qinghai Province from August 1 14 to August 18, 2008. Activities such as technical science forum, investigation and discussion were carried out, which further promoted the scientific and technological cooperation between Qinghai Provincial People's Government and China Academy of Sciences, and conducted relevant technical consultation to solve major strategic and technological problems that restricted the comprehensive development and utilization of salt lake resources in Qinghai and the development of new energy industry in Qinghai, and put forward good opinions for guiding the economic, social and technological development in Qinghai, which has important guiding significance.
Eight academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and related experts, including Huang Minqiang, Li Wei, Guo Guangcan, Cheng Shijie, Xia, Xu Ershu and Hou Xinbin, inspected Asia Silicon Industry (Qinghai) Co., Ltd., Qinghai Golden Sunshine Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Electronic Materials Industry Development Co., Ltd., and organized more than 20 enterprises in Xining Dongchuan Industrial Park to hold a forum. Enterprises in the park interact with academicians in view of the technical bottlenecks and technical problems that need to be solved urgently in industrial development, and academicians give targeted technical suggestions for enterprise development according to the investigation.
