2. Tianjin Airlines
Tianjin Airlines was established on June 8, 2009, and was jointly funded by HNA Group and Tianjin Municipal Government.
3. Capital Airlines
The predecessor of Capital Airlines is Lu Jin Airlines Co., Ltd., which was established in 1998. On April 20 10, HNA Group and BTG Group jointly invested and changed its name to Beijing Capital Airlines Co., Ltd., with Beijing Daxing International Airport as its base airport.
4. Xiang Peng Airlines
Xiang Peng Airlines, with its operating bases in Kunming, Lijiang and Chengdu, is the second largest base airline in Kunming. 5. Hong Kong Airlines

6. Western Airlines
Western Airlines is the first Chongqing local airline invested and controlled by HNA Group. It officially started operation on June 14, 2007, and its base is located in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.
