How to cancel the company bank account?

The process of canceling the company's bank account is as follows:

1. Prepare relevant materials, including account opening permit, account cancellation application, remaining cheque, seal card, original and copy of company ID card, company official seal, special financial seal, company seal, etc. ;

2. Fill in the account cancellation application form as required;

3. After the bank staff reviews the relevant information, the system will begin to approve the cancellation of the account;

The cancellation of the company requires the following information:

1. Application for cancellation: an application for cancellation filled out and signed by the legal representative of the company or other personnel authorized to represent the company;

3. Bank account information of the company: including account information opened by the company in the bank, account balance certificate, etc. ;

4. Company tax information: including the company's tax return, tax list, tax cancellation certificate issued by the tax authorities, etc.

5. Financial statements of the company: including the company's balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and other financial statements;

(2) The business license is cancelled or revoked.
