Pukai Investment Fund was established in the United States in 2003 and entered China in August of the same year. This is a private equity fund focusing on investing in the China market. It is composed of investors and managers with rich experience in the establishment, development, management and corporate financing of Chinese and Western enterprises. Pukai mainly invests in manufacturing and service enterprises that are in the growth and expansion period and are not publicly listed.
