Mr. Zhao Yanglai was in charge of Korea Tire Group, later renamed Hankook Tire, and became one of the top ten tire manufacturers in the world. Mr. Zhao was in charge of Daejeon Leather, then entered the motorcycle industry and developed into Xiaoxing Machinery Group. 1983, President Zhao Xilai published the Normalization Plan of Group Operation, announcing his determination to start a second venture. Through sales, mergers and acquisitions, integration, etc. 24 subsidiaries managed by Xiaoxing were reorganized, and an operation system centered on chemistry, communication, heavy industry and construction was established, which laid the foundation for becoming a world-class enterprise. 1984, Xiaoxing was ranked No.216 in Fortune magazine and No.42 in saud magazine. In 1990s, Xiaoxing developed spandex fiber called fiber semiconductor and transformer for ultra-high speed transmission network system, and entered the chemical fields such as propylene, film and TPA, which accelerated the pace of entering overseas markets, established production bases in China and other countries, and formally established a global business network.
