What is the ratio of fixed assets as paid-in capital to total capital?

Paragraph 3 of Article 27 of the Company Law stipulates: "The monetary contribution of all shareholders shall not be less than 30% of the registered capital of a limited liability company."

Article 28 stipulates: "If shareholders make capital contributions in cash, they shall deposit their capital contributions in full into the account opened by the limited liability company in the bank."

Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Registration of Registered Capital of Companies stipulates: "

Where the registered capital is contributed in currency, the shareholders shall deposit the subscribed capital in full into the "special account" of the bank where the newly established company is located. Before the establishment of the company, no unit or individual may use the funds in the "special account".

The opening and cancellation of "special account" and the transfer of funds in this account shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China. "

(2) Non-monetary (in kind) donations

The proportion of non-monetary (in-kind) investment is not clearly stipulated in the new Company Law of China, but it is stipulated in the third paragraph of Article 27 of the Company Law: "The monetary contribution of all shareholders shall not be less than 30% of the registered capital of a limited liability company." The proportion of non-monetary (physical) investment shall not exceed 70%.

Therefore, as paid-in capital, fixed assets account for 70% of the total capital at most.
