At present, the first phase of Longmen Industrial Park has developed 4000 mu of mountainous area, and Jilin Road, Longmen Avenue and Hangkong Road are planned to connect with Dongfeng Avenue and Bai Xu Road respectively. The project is located on the hillside and river bend, with 97 mu of barren slope and 177 mu of river course, and 49 scattered residents occupy the homestead, with a total project area of about 475 mu. In order to make full use of this land, the Development Zone * * * invested 32 million yuan to excavate the original 2 million cubic meters of earth and stone mountain into a 80-meter ×730-meter straight river course and a 35-meter ×730-meter high-grade highway subgrade, backfill the old river course of 1.800 m110 million cubic meters, and backfill the residential land of 300,000 cubic meters.
