Pharmaceutical production and circulation enterprises shall reasonably determine the price increase level in accordance with the principles of fairness, legality, honesty and credibility. Encourage public medical institutions and pharmaceutical production enterprises to directly settle drug fees, and pharmaceutical production enterprises and circulation enterprises to settle distribution fees.
