Huijin. Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Central Huijin Company"), headquartered in Beijing, is a wholly state-owned company funded by the state in accordance with the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). According to the authorization of the State Council, on behalf of the state, he shall exercise rights and perform obligations to investors of key financial enterprises such as state-owned commercial banks. Financial institutions with direct shareholding include six commercial banks, four securities companies, two insurance companies and four other institutions. Its main function is to make equity investment in key state-owned financial enterprises, exercise the rights and fulfill the obligations of investors on behalf of the state in accordance with the law within the scope of capital contribution, and realize the preservation and appreciation of state-owned financial assets. Huijin does not carry out any other business activities and does not interfere with the daily business activities of its state-owned key financial enterprises. After the establishment of China Investment Co., Ltd. on September 29, 2007, Huijin became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the latter.
