The assets formed by the energy-saving service company transferring the contracted energy management project to the energy-using enterprise shall be regarded as the assets with expired depreciation or amortization, and the taxable goods transferred to the energy-using enterprise shall be exempted from VAT temporarily. The VAT stamp is issued for the residual value of the equipment.

4. What about the ticket for the customer's income?

For customers' income, issue invoices for EPC contract energy management and energy-saving services, and enjoy preferential policies of three exemptions and three reductions. Take the contract to the economic commission for the record and then go to the tax bureau to open it.
