1. The company category of a limited liability company belongs to an enterprise. Generally speaking, it is a legal person or other social and economic organization that uses various factors of production to provide goods or services to the market, for the purpose of making profits, and implements independent operation, self-financing and independent accounting.

2. Legal basis: Article 8 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Market Entities in People's Republic of China (PRC).

General registration items of market entities include:

(1) name;

(2) discipline type;

(3) Business scope;

(4) domicile or main business premises;

(5) Registered capital or capital contribution;

(six) the name of the legal representative, managing partner or person in charge.

In addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following items shall be registered according to the types of market entities:

To apply for the establishment of a limited liability company, the following documents shall be submitted to the company registration authority:

1. Application for registration of establishment signed by the legal representative of the company;

2. Certificates of all shareholders' designated representatives or entrusted agents;

3. Articles of association;

4. Shareholder qualification certificate or identity certificate of natural person;

5. Documents indicating the names and residences of the company's directors, supervisors and managers, as well as certificates of appointment, election or employment;

7. Notice of pre-approval of enterprise name;
