Different types of company business licenses have different validity periods. For example, the business license of individual industrial and commercial households is long-term, that is, permanent. The business license of individual industrial and commercial households will be valid for a long time unless the illegal operation is revoked by the industrial and commercial bureau or the cancellation is applied by itself. However, other types of business licenses: limited companies, sole proprietorship enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, agencies, etc. Is limited. So far, the state has not restricted licensed companies and enterprises.
Therefore, if we see that some private enterprises have no business term on their business licenses, the reason is that the long-term business term of the company is determined by the resolutions passed by the shareholders of the enterprise, so their licenses only have the date of establishment and no expiration date. "Operating period" refers to the operating period determined in the approved articles of association and contract of the enterprise, counting from the date of approval by the registration authority; "License validity period" is verified according to the investment period of each investor. When the enterprise raises enough funds to pay the registered capital, the "validity period of the license" should be consistent with the "operating period" of the enterprise. If the certificate has no operating period limit, only the operating period shall be filled in. The business term of most companies is a full-year term, such as 20 years (or 10 year, 30 years), counting from the date of license issuance.
Except for a few countries, it is necessary to fill in the exact operating time of the enterprise according to the regulations. The company law of most countries and regions, including China, does not stipulate the business term, which is a self-control behavior of the company.

A company established according to law shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.
The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.
Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
