Why doesn't the country crack down on Amway?

When an MLM company plausibly insists that it is selling directly and operating legally, the government and society recognize its legitimacy; When a MLM company is legalized in a country or region with low comprehensive quality and economic level, it does have such an energy: the energy of "atomic chain reaction". After all, the pursuit of "getting rich quickly" is the weakness of China people at present.

1. Harm of Amway-only theory: Because the interests of salesmen are closely tied with Amway's interests, Amway salesmen can only realize their desire of "getting rich quickly and getting rich quickly" by developing more offline products and selling more Amway products, so Amway-only theory came into being. In the life of Amway salesmen, Amway is everywhere. It seems that their lives are all Amway's. They talk about Amway, sitting, standing, working, resting and even dreaming about Amway. Without Amway, there are not many topics, and many relatives and friends hate it. "Amway-style interests" have long gone beyond the defense of family friendship and have had a negative impact on society.

2. Refuting Amway's Direct Selling Theory: February 2002, The Notice of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the former State Economic and Trade Commission and the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, jointly issued, clearly stipulated the remuneration standards and employment restrictions for the transformed salesmen of MLM enterprises: the transformed enterprises shall not set up a network to hire salesmen in the name of departments, teams, groups, etc ... Salespeople can only get remuneration according to the amount of products they directly sell to the final consumers, and cannot get any remuneration on the grounds of introduction and joining ... Each salesperson can only be in the location of a store and the municipal area. "From this point of view, Amway's bonus distribution model obviously conflicts with this article. It is obviously incorrect to say that Amway is a direct selling company.

3. Harm of the once-and-for-all theory: Although there are very few salesmen who become Crown Ambassadors (or other senior leaders) and get huge bonuses from Amway (most of them become stepping stones), the once-and-for-all theory and the huge bonuses promised by Amway are increasingly attractive, which is what Amway people call "cohesion". Once this ideological trend spread rapidly, many China people who are blind and arrogant and eager to "get rich quickly" poured in. Workers don't go to work, students don't go to school, teachers don't teach, and even businessmen abandon their old jobs and join the "Amway cause". Amway was really "talking about business" and made a lot of money. But what about China society?

4. The harm of hereditary career theory: No one can say for sure what will happen in a few years, but Amway actually promised the salesman that "performance is hereditary"! Amway made a lot of money. If Amway fails in a few years, what will happen to the salespeople who have invested a lot of energy and money in Amway, Qian Qian? What consequences will it have on society? Many Amway salesmen ask their families to keep buying expensive Amway products for a long time.

5. Harm of the panacea theory: Some Amway salesmen have attended Amway's nutrition and health care classes, and may have only learned a little superficial knowledge of nutrition, such as vitamin ABC, but they have become Amway's "nutritionists". These nutritionists are more interested than doctors: "Your illness is caused by the lack of vitamin XX, and the ordinary medicine stone has little effect. If you insist on taking Amway powder, you can recover. So-and-so also suffered from this disease, and now he has eaten this powder, and now he is completely better ... ". I was both amused and shocked. I think doctors should lose their jobs and pharmaceutical companies should close down. Amway health care products, as the name implies, only play a health care role. If taken for a long time, it is beneficial to the body without side effects. However, exaggerating success can cure chronic diseases and replace needle stone, which is a mistake for people's health. The average life expectancy of an island in Japan far exceeds the average life expectancy in the world. Scientists went to investigate and found that the residents of the island eat an algae plant (later named "Spirulina") caught from the sea near the island all the year round, which has high nutritional value and good health care effect. It is true that long-term consumption of this algae can reduce diseases and prolong life. However, suppose that one day, the residents of the island are ill, and some Amway salesmen may tell them, "Just eat some seaweed," right?
