When the tooth surface clearance between the lead screw and the nut is too large due to wear, the fastening screw on the front nut can be loosened and tightened, the wedge is pulled up, and the nut is pushed to the left by the action of the inclined wedge, thus reducing the tooth surface clearance of the lead screw nut. After adjustment, it is required that the handle of the lead screw in the middle slide plate should be shaken flexibly, and the idle stroke during forward and reverse rotation should be within 1/20 revolutions. After adjustment, tighten the screws.
