Domestic wine started late, and now there are few well-known brands. As one of the few well-known brands in China, tonghua wine has won many awards at home and abroad, but now it is divided into many brands, among which Laohongmei, a subsidiary of tonghua wine Co., Ltd., is recognized.
Tonghua wine was born in 1937. As one of the earliest wine producers in China, it has a history of more than 80 years, and it has become the only banquet wine for the first session of China People's Political Consultative Conference and the only banquet wine for founding ceremony. Tonghua wine is known as the "red national wine", and tonghua wine is the most famous domestic wine brand, which is worth tasting.
Brewing method of wine
After picking grapes, the grapes are crushed to release the sugar in the juice. When yeast comes into contact with the sugar in grape juice, grape juice naturally ferments, and the sugar in grape juice will be converted into alcohol.
Red wine is made of dark red grapes and fermented with grape skins. White wine is made from white grapes or some red grapes, but the skins of the grapes need to be removed before fermentation. Pink wine is made from red grapes. After contact with the red grape skin for a period of time, the grape skin should be filtered out before it can appear pink.
The fermented wine is separated from the grape solid and transferred to a barrel, where it is clarified, stable and can be extracted by any method. Finally, bottle the wine.
