The predecessor of Hubei Yihua is Yichang Chemical Plant, which was founded in 1977. 1July 1992, as one of the first batch of standardized joint-stock reform pilot enterprises in China, was transformed into Hubei Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd.1July 1996, the company publicly issued1635,000 RMB ordinary shares to the public, and successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on1August 1996, ranking first in the country.
