Ii. implementation of the project
According to the Notice of xx Power Supply Bureau on Establishing the Project Management Department of Urban Rural Power Grid Projects of 35kV and Below (xx Nong [20/KLOC-0] 31No.), xx County Power Supply Co., Ltd. was established in 20xx 10kV and below, responsible for the new construction of xx County 10kV and below. 1, material supply

Bidding materials of xx Power Supply Bureau: lightning arrester, fuse, hardware, knife plate, insulation shield and insulator have been basically supplied, and iron fittings are in place, but not supplied.
Except for 6 poles (12 m and 15 m poles) of 10kV trunk line, the transportation of other poles has been basically in place and erection work is under way.
2. Contract signing
According to the Notice of xx Power Supply Bureau on Relevant Requirements for Contract Management of Rural Power Network Projects in Cities below 10kV (xx Enterprise Management [20 10] 12), all the equipment and materials procurement contracts have been signed by the Rural Power Department of xx Power Supply Bureau, and the construction contracts, survey and design contracts and supervision contracts of the remaining two batches of projects are contacted and supervised by xx Project Department. At present, the construction contract, safety agreement and clean government responsibility letter have been signed with Sichuan Sheng Hui Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. for the rural power grid reconstruction project in the central and western regions 10 kV and below, and the contract procedures have been completed, and the remaining contracts are being signed in coordination.
3. The construction of clean government in project management
Xx Power Supply Bureau promises to sign a clean and honest responsibility letter for material procurement with material suppliers, and the project department will sign a clean and honest responsibility letter with design, supervision and construction units according to the requirements of contract management to strengthen the clean and honest construction of project management.

3. According to the design of version 3.0, the installation method of JP cabinet is to install on the transformer bracket (drawing number: XT-SBTFJ 1-5), the selected transformer bracket is 100×48×5.3×3940, and the JP cabinet below 100kVA provided by the supplier is installed on the pole.
4. The switch board, circuit breaker and leakage switch are not matched and need to be assembled separately, resulting in assembly cost.
5. Please ask the power supply bureau to coordinate the supply of the owed materials as soon as possible.
6. At present, due to the growing period of crops, young crops are severely trampled in some 10kV lines and passages in the station area, and it is difficult to coordinate tree felling. At the same time, during the rainy season, it is difficult to lift poles in some areas, which affects the progress of the project.
7. In the process of project implementation, in order to handle the coordination relationship with the township (town) government, smoothly promote the project implementation, and alleviate the contradiction between power supply and consumption, some projects are adjusted when funds permit. The next step will be to complete the project change approval procedure according to the management requirements of the bureau.
