Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant is located between Dashentang Village and Shuangqiaozi Village in Hanguying Town, covering an area of 2.2 square kilometers with a total investment of 26 billion yuan. The world's most advanced ultra-supercritical power generation technology with high parameters, large capacity, high efficiency and low pollution will be adopted to build four clean coal-fired generating units with a capacity of 1 10,000 kilowatts, which is the first time that a million-kilowatt ultra-supercritical generating unit has been used in China. At the same time, it will also be equipped with a series of high-tech facilities such as floodplain water intake and seawater cooling tower. Beijiang Power Plant adopts the mode of power generation-seawater desalination-salt production from concentrated seawater-land protection and consolidation-waste recycling. After examination, the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission believes that the project conforms to the "3R" principle of circular economy, that is, the requirements of reduction, reuse and recycling, and is a typical circular economy project and ecological project with maximum resource utilization, minimum waste discharge and optimal economic benefits. After the project is completed and put into production, the annual new power generation will be 1 1 100 million kwh; Increase the output of raw salt by 450,000 tons/year, which is equivalent to saving 22 square kilometers of Yantian land; Chemical products such as bromine, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate, which are in short supply in the production market, are about 60,000 tons/year; In addition, through the comprehensive utilization of power plant fly ash, the carbide slag produced by Tianjin Chemical Plant can be digested, and the environment in Hangu District can be effectively improved.
