Established in 1976, SABIC is one of the leading petrochemical companies in the world in terms of sales and product diversity.

It is the largest and most profitable non-oil company in the Middle East and the fifth largest petrochemical product manufacturer in the world. SABIC, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a listed company. The Saudi Arabian government owns 70% of the shares, and the remaining 30% is owned by private investors from Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
