The 600,000-ton methanol project is the largest single coal-to-methanol project in China, covering an area of 69.8 hectares, with a designed annual output of 600,000 tons of methanol and an estimated investment of 3,465.438 billion yuan. On April 3rd, 2005, the foundation laying ceremony of the project was held, and the civil works of the main project started on April 6th, 2008. The commissioning was realized at 9: 00 am on February 29th, 2008, and the chemical process was started to produce qualified methanol, which only took 24 months of effective construction period (excluding two winters and eight months of freezing period). This is a successful feeding under the harsh conditions of -20℃ and 6-level northwest wind in winter, which is rare in the history of chemical construction at home and abroad!
In line with the enterprise goal of "first-class technology, first-class management, first-class environmental protection and first-class benefit", according to the project construction opinions of the group company, four international top technologies have been introduced successively: Texaco gasification technology of GE Energy Company of the United States, low-temperature methanol washing technology and methanol synthesis technology of Lurgi Company of Germany, and super Claus sulfur recovery of Dutch Dutch company. Invest in air cooling system, actively promote waste heat utilization technology and adopt bag dust removal technology. The project has also formed a circular economy creation system with the integrated development of "coal-electricity-chemistry" with the supporting coal mines. The projects of thermal energy heating in elm bay Coal Mine and nitrogen fire prevention and extinguishing in methanol plant are being implemented, and the sewage from elm bay Coal Mine enters the coal grinding system project in methanol plant, which can save boiler operation, sewage treatment, fire prevention and extinguishing costs for the mine and realize a small circular economy cycle of energy saving and emission reduction. In the process of project construction, the "456" (four orientations, five advancements and six persistences) infrastructure project model was innovatively implemented, and three hundred-day battle activities were carried out successively, which accelerated the construction speed of the project. It took only 24 months to realize the trial production, in which the investment in 2007 was1.71.80 billion yuan, which set an annual investment record for a single project in Yankuang.
Since the methanol plant was put into production, it has successfully passed the project completion acceptance organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the group company. Production licenses for five products, such as methanol, liquid oxygen and sulfur, were obtained at one time, and all the administrative license certificates for project completion were completed, laying a foundation for future production and operation according to law. Won the Silver Award of the National Quality Engineering Award (the National Chemical System has not won the Gold Award for two years), which is another honor of Yankuang after Cathay Pacific Company won the Gold Award.
2. 65438+800,000 tons methanol project and 1 10,000 tons supporting olefin project.
The second phase of 6.5438+0.8 million tons methanol project is planned to be expanded on the basis of the first phase of 600,000 tons, forming an annual production scale of 2.4 million tons methanol, and supporting the construction of 6.5438+0.8 million tons olefin project, extending the industrial chain and improving the added value of products. The total investment of 65.438+0.8 million tons of methanol and 65.438+0.8 million tons of olefin projects is estimated to be about 26 billion yuan, and the average annual sales income is about 65.438+0.00 billion yuan.
The second phase of methanol project has met the conditions for commencement. Except that the EIA was completed on March 24th, the approval document was not obtained, and the provincial government promised supporting resources, all other approval procedures have been completed. On this basis, according to the concept of "changing mode, adjusting structure and promoting development", the low-temperature pyrolysis and dry distillation technology of coal supported by the provincial government was studied, with a planned investment of 34,654.38 billion yuan. Through this most advanced coal chemical production technology, that is, secondary gasification to produce methanol, the production capacity of the second phase methanol project and its deep-processed products will be expanded to 2.4 million tons/year, forming a total methanol production capacity of 3 million tons/year. For example, 800,000 tons of MTP, 500,000 tons of polypropylene, 6,543.8+10,000 tons of acrylate, 300,000 tons of butyl octanol (6,543.8+0.5 million tons of butanol and 6,543.8+0.5 million tons of octanol), 200,000 tons of methanol protein and other projects, so as to enhance the high-tech content of the projects and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
