Germany will take over Rosneft's subsidiary in Germany. What impact will this have on the enterprise?

Two subsidiaries of Rosneft in Germany and its three refineries in Germany have been placed under the supervision of the Federal Network Agency, a German energy regulator, to ensure the country's energy supply. But it happened that Germany was defeated in World War II, and the political voice of the EU still had to support France. Coupled with the attitude of other brothers, Germany can only follow the crowd in the end. Germany's current energy dilemma makes it a bit abnormal. Germany is not the only country in this predicament. Russia is a big exporter of natural gas, but natural gas is not as easy to store as oil, and its daily output is so large that it is impossible to export or burn it for free. There is no clear response to Germany's move.

The international situation has not escalated and may be approaching each other's most difficult moment. In order to end the current unstable situation, Rosneft has a share of 65,438+02% in the German refining market, and is also a major shareholder in Schwedt, Karlsruhe and Warburg refineries, importing Russian crude oil and transporting it for processing. At the request of the German Ministry of Economy and Climate Protection, the control of three Russian refineries in Germany will be handed over to the Federal Network Administration, the German energy regulator. Since the European Union imposed sanctions on Russia, the survival and supply security of these three refineries have been greatly affected. According to the Federal Network Administration of the United States, the custody has laid an important foundation for protecting the future of the refinery, and the custody period will temporarily last for six months.

The German Ministry of Economy and Climate Protection also announced a 1 billion euro rescue plan for refineries to ensure that alternative crude oil supplies can be found, maintain the operation of refineries and promote future transformation. The refinery has 65,438+0,200 employees and supplies petroleum products to northeast Germany, including Berlin. The Group of Seven agreed to impose price caps on Russian petroleum and petroleum products. Russia will not supply oil and petroleum products to those countries that support Russia's oil price ceiling, and Russia refuses to supply oil under non-market conditions.
