Establish the post responsibility system for environmental protection work at all levels, and clarify the responsibilities, that is, the leaders pay attention to comprehensiveness, the management pays attention to key points, and the executive pays attention to concrete implementation. At the same time, establish a regular inspection system, check the construction environmental protection and soil and water conservation work every month, investigate and deal with problems in time, and rectify them in time.
4. Adhere to the overall planning of environmental protection work, design and construction, synchronize operations, reasonably arrange the construction sequence and time, rationally plan the construction land, reduce the impact on the environment, synchronize environmental protection with construction, closely follow the recovery measures, protect the surface plants and drainage ditches outside the construction boundary during construction, level and clean up and restore plants in time after construction, improve the drainage system and remove garbage.
