If you look at Baidu, you will find that China Asia-Pacific Equity Exchange Co., Ltd. (Asia Pacific Exchange) has been added to the warning list by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission. The company name is www.capaprex.hk (still in operation). The "Warning List" of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) includes companies that are not licensed in Hong Kong but are considered to target Hong Kong investors.
So basically this is not very reliable, it is estimated to be a scam.
