Report on 20 Retail Cities in China released. Which cities are on the list?

20 19 Savills, a real estate service provider, released a report on 20 retail cities in China.

In this report, eight categories of luxury goods, luxury goods, fast food, coffee, mass clothing, high-priced clothing, beauty cosmetics and large retail stores are followed up.

As can be seen from the ranking and scores of cities, the top three are Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. Followed by Chengdu, Hangzhou and Guangzhou.

As can be seen from the data, international brand direct stores prefer to be in Shanghai and Beijing. After the situation is opened, stores will be opened in Chengdu, Hangzhou and Shenzhen within one year.

Beijing's advantages are still reflected in the high-end luxury goods market, while Shanghai's advantages are in the mass and terminal markets.

Beijing has been trying to narrow the gap between the luxury goods, beauty and skin care markets and Shanghai.

Shanghai has its own unique advantages in the catering market. Because Shanghai is an international metropolis, it is more attractive to the consumer market.

Among these 20 cities, Shenzhen and Chengdu have a high level of retail supply.

But in landmark projects, Shenzhen has obvious advantages.

The rankings of Hangzhou, Xi and Changsha are higher than in the past. And this time, it should be noted that Guangzhou was actually surpassed by Hangzhou, which ranked fifth.

The luxury market is no longer just focusing on Shanghai and Beijing, hoping to test the water in other cities.

The advantages of Shanghai and Beijing are particularly obvious in the mass and terminal markets. The number of new stores in Beijing and Shanghai is 4-5 times that in other cities.

The advantages of benchmarking projects can still be reflected in these data. Benchmark projects still have a strong role in promoting urban commercialization, environmental development and the existence of retailers.
