Legal analysis: if the annual industrial and commercial report is not made on time, it will be listed in the business exception list by the industrial and commercial department; Enterprises that have not moved out for three years are included in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises. After being included in the list of serious violations of law and dishonesty, enterprise legal persons will be restricted from registering new companies, operating and holding professional qualifications.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Measures for Annual Inspection of Enterprises:
(a) the annual inspection materials submitted by the enterprise;
(two) the enterprise registration authority accepts the examination materials;
(3) Annual inspection fees paid by the enterprise;
(four) the enterprise registration authority shall affix the annual inspection seal to the copy of the business license and return the copy of the business license.
