Atkins Architectural Engineering Company said that the appearance of the "P- 17" building will change with the movement of the sun and the position of the observer.

The customer of this project is Tasameem Group. This building will start in June this year 165438+ 10/0, and the planned completion time is 20165438+10.

This 379-meter-high building will be mixed-use, and it will include an office building with 17 floors; Five-star hotel; 74 serviced apartments and 176 residential apartments. The building will cover an area of 65,438+065,327 square meters, including a parking lot with 65,438+04 floors.

In the middle of this 8 1 floor building, there will be an angled atrium directly cut into it, forming a hollow with several floors. This atrium serves a five-star hotel above.
