Western public transport adopts a three-level management structure of "headquarters-branch-fleet". These four branches are:

A branch, also called Xin 'an Branch, is responsible for the bus operation in Xin 'an and Xixiang areas;

The second branch, also known as Shajing Branch or Fuyong Sales Department, is responsible for bus operation in Shajing, Fuyong and Songgang areas;

Sanfen Company, also known as Guangming Branch or Shiyan Branch, is responsible for bus operation in Shiyan, Gong Ming and Guangming Districts.

The fourth branch, also known as Longhua Branch, is responsible for the bus operation in Longhua and Guanlan areas.
