Chronology of Yima Company in Hong Kong

2000: Yima International Holdings Limited developed CG animation production business.

2002: Yima released the first 3D CG animated TV series Adventure in Time and Space, which was broadcast in France, Germany, Britain, Japan and Hong Kong.

2002: Adventure in Time and Space won the Pulcinella Award "Best Children's Album" in 2002 at the Bay Animation Exhibition held in positano.

2002: "Adventure in Time and Space" won the gold medal in photography of the computer animation group of the 35th American International Film and Television Festival in Los Angeles, USA.

2003: Adventure in Time and Space won the gold medal in Computer Animation Group of Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Outstanding Award.

2003: At the 2003 World Media Festival held in Hamburg, Germany, Adventure in Time and Space won the Global Media Silver Award of Children's Animation Group.

2003: The first CG animated TV series "Father of Pride" was produced for DreamWorks, which premiered on NBC TV channel in August 2004.

2004: CG animation "Digital Tyrannosaurus X- Evolution" was jointly produced by Japanese toy manufacturer Bandai and large film company Dongying Animation, and it was the first full CG animation of internationally renowned brand "Digital Tyrannosaurus".

2005: Buy the animation franchise of the American action science fiction movie Challenger, and launch the animated film version. The film version was directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri, a Japanese animation master, and produced by Madhouse, a famous Japanese animation company.

June 2005: Bought the animation franchise of the popular classic animation Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and made the first 3D CG animated film.

March 2006: Warner Bros. and Weinstein Company announce that they have obtained the joint distribution rights of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Warner Bros. will be responsible for the distribution in North America on March 23, 2007, while Weinstein Film Company will be responsible for the distribution in other regions.

June 2006: Yima announced the successful purchase of the production franchise of Science CG animated film version of Peter Pan. Peter Pan in Science is a famous Japanese long animated TV series, which was created by Japanese animation company Longzi Production Company.

September, 2006: Yima revealed that she had purchased the franchise for animation production of Astro Boy from Osamu Tezuka, and made CG animated films wholly-owned.

March 2007: kevin munroe was invited to direct the CG animated film version of Peter Pan in Science, with Lynn SoSorlander as producer and Mark Tabos as production planner.

March 2007: colin brady officially signed a contract to direct Astro Boy, which was produced by Marianne Gag.

March 23, 2007: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was released in North America and even in the world, and led the box office charts in the United States on its opening weekend.

June 5, 2007: The Challenger, directed by Japanese animation master Yoshiaki Kawajiri, is released on DVD and distributed in North America.

August 7, 2007: Warner Home Video released Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles DVD, which was shown in North America.

20 10 February 5th: News came from Hong Kong that Yima Animation Studio announced liquidation and more than 300 employees lost their jobs years ago.
