"The first impression of getting the official version of the strategy is the red chapter of the 11 ministries and commissions of the country." At present, the car has become another Internet intelligent terminal after the smart phone. The intelligent, networked and electrified transformation of the automobile industry will drive the industrial chain to reshape, and the era of "software-defined automobile" is coming.
In terms of safeguard measures, the government will strengthen industrial investment guidance, encourage social capital to focus on the research and development of key technologies of smart cars, support domestic and foreign enterprises to strengthen industrial cooperation, and jointly carry out basic research, technology development and market-oriented applications.
In addition, the policy of road traffic autonomous driving development will also land. It is mentioned in the strategy that relevant management standards and rules will be studied and formulated, policies to promote the development of road traffic autonomous driving will be introduced, and enterprises will be guided to participate in the development of smart cars in a standardized and orderly manner. At the same time, we will use various funding channels to support the research and development and industrialization of key technologies for major infrastructure projects in smart cars, intelligent transportation and smart cities.
In strengthening the guidance of tax and financial policies, eligible enterprises enjoy pre-tax deduction of enterprise income tax according to the current tax policy, and implement preferential tax policies for small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups Use financial leasing and other policy tools to focus on supporting the development of new formats and new models.
