What is an offshore company?

An offshore company refers to an enterprise legal person registered overseas (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

Offshore companies generally have the nature of operating outside the company's registered place. Offshore financial centers in the world, such as the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Seychelles, etc., have established and cultivated relaxed economic zones through legal means, allowing international people to set up international business companies, and the government generally only charges annual management fees. These areas are often referred to as offshore jurisdictions or offshore jurisdictions.

At present, popular offshore companies are registered in Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Seychelles, Britain, China, Hongkong, Marshall, Malta and other places.
