How many years can the hot-dip galvanized pipe for pig equipment be used?
Generally speaking, the thickness of zinc layer of hot-dip galvanized pipe is relatively thin, but it is no problem to resist corrosion for more than 5 years under normal circumstances; If other pig-raising equipment, such as pig tanks and hot dip galvanizing, can have a longer service life, which can be more than ten years. Unless the pig raising environment is particularly humid or the pH value exceeds the standard, the service life will be shortened. Our factory is engaged in hot dip galvanizing for South China animal husbandry (listed company), but we have only received similar orders in the past two years, so we can't know the exact service life of the other poultry equipment at present. Personal views are not necessarily correct.
