Founded in 2003, Zhejiang Zhongnan Group Cartoon Film and Television Co., Ltd. is the only professional company in Zhejiang Province that is engaged in 3D animation creation and production, digital special effects of film and television, computer education software, computer game software production and other 3D technology applications with high starting point, high quality and large scale. With animation production as the core, the company is committed to becoming one of the largest professional animation companies in China in terms of original animation production and distribution, audio-visual book distribution, derivative product development and marketing, and online game development and operation. The company introduced advanced technology from Europe, America, Japan and other places, and invested huge sums of money to produce two large TV cartoons, Eye of the Sky and The Wizard of Oz.
