Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chengdu Lianyi Industrial Co., Ltd., was approved by Chengdu Economic Restructuring Commission (1989) No.231989, and was founded by Chengdu Lianyi (Group) Co., Ltd. (formerly Lianyi Iron and Steel Enterprise Company of Shuangliu County), Dongsheng Township of Shuangliu County and Caojian Village of Dongsheng Township of Shuangliu County. 1in March, 1994, after standardization and consideration by the shareholders' meeting, the company agreed that Dongsheng Township of Shuangliu County and Caojian Village of Dongsheng Township of Shuangliu County would transfer their shares to Dongsheng Construction and Installation Engineering Company of Shuangliu County and Shuangliu Special-shaped Rolling Mill respectively. Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Document No.39 (Jian Zheng Fa Zi (No.97)), the company's stock was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 6, 20 14 with the stock number 1997.
