In order to meet the needs of the development of market economy, accelerate the improvement of economic benefits of enterprises, protect the interests of companies and users to the maximum extent, and implement the eight-character service policy of "high quality, convenience, standardization and integrity", the company established the customer service center of Xinjiang Tianfu Thermal Power Co., Ltd. in May 2004.

As a pillar enterprise of Shihezi energy foundation, in order to enlarge and strengthen its main business and speed up the construction of power supply, heat source, power grid and heating network, the company has focused on the construction of 2× 125MW thermal power unit in Southern Thermal Power Plant, Manas River I Hydropower Station, Kenswat Hydropower Station and other projects.
