A letter of apology to the company leader.

Dear company leaders:

Because of a moment of confusion, I didn't always insist on taking the interests of the company as the highest standard in my work. When I checked the delivery (parts, materials, raw materials), I was embarrassed by the acquaintance of the consignor. I believe that the deliveryman is generous in daily communication and is not alert to the quality problems of the delivered goods, so it may cause some losses and troubles to the company. I am deeply sorry and uneasy. Here, I deeply apologize for failing to live up to the care and training of the leaders and for the troubles caused by my negligence and confusion.

In the future, I will take this as a lesson, carefully control the quality in my work and safeguard the interests of the company.
