Call the customer service of the insurance company. Customer service said the case was closed. Has the claim been settled?

There are two situations:

1. The case has been settled, and the settlement amount has arrived or is on the way.

2. The case has been revoked, or there will be a closed display in the background of the revoked case.

It is suggested to call customer service to find out whether the case has been paid or the case has been revoked.
