How to estimate the actual assets of the company
It is estimated that the actual assets of a company can be measured by analyzing financial statements and physical objects. The net assets (owner's equity) after deducting liabilities from the total assets in the statement are the actual assets of the company (premise: accounting is true), and then whether the corresponding payables of the assets are accurate. The most important thing is to combine the cash flow statement with the data analysis of financial statements. Compared with enterprises in the same industry, this estimate is more accurate.
