Jinan High-tech Zone has planned and constructed eight national professional industrial parks, including Qilu Software Park, Innovation Service Center, Overseas Students Pioneer Park, University Science Park, Export Processing Zone, Biomedical Park, Environmental Protection Science Park and Qilu Electromechanical Park. There are more than 3,000 enterprises of various types and more than 200 high-tech enterprises in the area, of which the output value of over 100 million yuan is 4 1 and the output value of over 100 million yuan is 14. Seven enterprises, including Inspur Group, Linuo Group, Xiaoya Sweet, Qilu Pharmaceutical, Zheng Da Freda, Qilu Electric Manufacturing, Shandong Huawei Communication, Shengli Bio, Long Yuan Bio, Tianchen Group, Huaguang Electronics, Fain NC, Shifang Tong Yuan and Shanda Science and Technology Industrial Park, with a total investment of 1 100 million yuan, have successively developed and expanded in the High-tech Zone. There are 60,000 people directly engaged in high-tech industries in Jinan High-tech Zone, including more than 500 masters and doctors 100, and they undertake more than 300 national torch plan projects100. In 2004, enterprises above designated size achieved product sales income of 9.8 billion yuan, industrial added value of 365.438 billion yuan, high-tech industrial output value of 8.3 billion yuan, and foreign exchange earned by export of 65.55 million US dollars. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the total income of technology, industry and trade is 565.438+0 billion yuan, and the industrial added value is 65.438+0.243 billion yuan. Ranked thirteenth in the comprehensive ranking of economic indicators of 53 national high-tech zones in China.
Since the establishment of the park, Jinan High-tech Zone has welcomed 15 Fortune 500 companies, including South Korea's LG, Japan's Panasonic, Suzuki, NEC, Texas Instruments, Pepsi, American Standard, Volvo and Sanyo. High-tech Zone joined the World Association of Science and Technology Parks on 200 1 and built an intergovernmental cooperation project-China-Ukraine High-tech Cooperation Park. Qilu Software Park has established a sister park relationship with Bangalore Software Park in India, and established "Microsoft Solution Lab, IBM Solution Lab, Nortel Network Lab and DSP Joint Lab" in cooperation with famous foreign software companies. Qilu Institute of Software has established an international computer training center in cooperation with IBM of the United States, and the Environmental Protection Science Park has established an environmental protection science and technology industrial base and an international school in cooperation with Nordic SEM company.
