What's the difference between corporate bonds and corporate bonds?

Legal analysis: The difference between the two is that corporate bonds are bonds issued by joint stock limited companies or limited liability companies, and non-corporate enterprises may not issue corporate bonds. Corporate bonds are bonds issued by institutions affiliated to central government departments, wholly state-owned enterprises or state-controlled enterprises, and their restrictions on issuers are much narrower than those of corporate bonds.

Legal basis: Article 153 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * The term "corporate bonds" as mentioned in this Law refers to the securities issued by the company in accordance with legal procedures and agreed to repay the principal and interest within a certain period of time.
