(1) industrial and commercial registration registration has been completed;
(2) The business scope of industrial and commercial registration includes the retail business of publications;
(3) Having a fixed business place.
Application materials for publication business license:
(1) Application registration form for establishing a publication retail enterprise;
(2) The original and photocopy of the business license;
(3) Articles of Association (individual industrial and commercial households do not need to provide it);
(4) Credit certificate (individual industrial and commercial households do not need to provide it);
(5) A copy of the ID card of the legal representative;
(6) A copy of the ID card of the person in charge and the post certificate of the person in charge;
(seven) proof of property rights of the business premises;
(8) Housing lease agreement;
(nine) safety fire management system;
(10) Location map of the business premises;
(1 1) Layout plan indicating the total area of the site and the area of each area;
(12) If a foreign-invested enterprise is established to engage in the retail of publications, the approval certificate of the foreign-invested enterprise shall be provided.
(13) Units or individuals engaged in publication retail business through information networks such as the Internet shall submit the information networks they rely on. A publication retail business entity that has obtained the Publication Business License shall engage in the publication retail business through the Internet and other information networks within the approved business scope, and report to the original approved press and publication administrative department for the record within 15 days after starting the online publication retail business.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Regulations on the Administration of Publications Market. Units engaged in publication wholesale business shall meet the following conditions:
(a) has completed the industrial and commercial registration, with legal personality;
(2) The business scope of industrial and commercial registration includes publication wholesale business;
(3) Having equipment and fixed business premises suitable for the publication wholesale business, with a total business area of not less than 50 square meters;
(four) a sound management system and an information management system that meets industry standards.
The term "business premises" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the enterprise domicile registered in the administrative department for industry and commerce.
