China Minsheng Investment Co., Ltd. has made frequent efforts around the photovoltaic industry in poverty-stricken areas in the west, implemented "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation through financial support, actively assumed corporate social responsibility, explored the road of photovoltaic poverty alleviation, and made due contributions to accurate poverty alleviation in China.

Wang Jian, executive vice president of Zhong Min Xinneng, told the reporter that we are building photovoltaic power stations in Yanchi and Tongxin counties of Ningxia, mainly to explore the road of hematopoietic poverty alleviation and try our best to help local poverty alleviation through photovoltaic+employment. The first batch of 380MW in Yanchi County was connected to the grid on June 28th this year. This year, it will generate about 575 million kWh of electricity with an output value of 466 million yuan, which will effectively promote local economic development, create employment opportunities for local farmers, and provide many jobs such as photovoltaic panel cleaning, forage breeding, greening and maintenance. To this end, we have established a local training center to let farmers learn skills.

The center covers an area of 200 square meters and is equipped with audio-visual equipment and books. Yang Shengwen, a party construction instructor, said that Zhong Minxinneng's concept of "taking party construction as the guide, helping the poor first and then helping the wisdom" was implemented in Gaoshawo Town. The original intention of this party building training center is to help the poor in thought and knowledge by leading the villagers to change their ideas. After all photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in Yanchi County are connected to the grid, they will cover 8428 households in 74 poverty-stricken villages, effectively solving the problem of local "empty shell villages" and realizing the effective transformation from "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation to "hematopoiesis" poverty alleviation.
