Connection of heater pipes
The oil pipe of the heater is preferably connected to the main oil tank. The tubing is made of 5× 1 copper tubing or Ada tubing, and the joint is made of M 12× 1.25 standard conical joint. The tubing is firmly connected and cannot leak oil. The height difference between the oil tank level and the heater center is preferably within 300mm. In addition, the distance between the solenoid valve connector of the heater and the fuel tank should be within 7m. Tubing must be fully penetrated and cannot be connected with other tubing. The heater pipe layout should be reasonable and the heater position should be as low as possible. In addition, the heating water pipe can't have a dead bend, otherwise it is extremely dangerous.
Installation points of heater waterway system
Special attention should be paid to the installation of heater waterway system: the water circulation direction between heater and engine should be correct and consistent; The water outlet of the engine water jacket should be connected with the water inlet of the heater water pump; Then, the water outlet of the heater should be connected with heat dissipation and defrosting equipment and return to return pipe of the engine radiator. Then install valves at the inlet and outlet of the engine to prevent the leakage of the heating part from affecting the normal work of the engine. Make sure that the valve is as close to the engine as possible. It is very important for the engine water to reach the valve, so it is necessary to install metal pipes. (Otherwise it will be easily damaged by pressure and high temperature). A special backwater tee can be used at the junction of the backwater of the engine radiator water tank and the return pipe. At this time, cut off the original backwater hose by three or four millimeters, and then connect the tee directly; Or four fifths of the valves are welded on the metal pipe of return pipe, and then connected with the cooling and defrosting backwater of the carriage. The water outlet of the engine water jacket can take many forms. The imported engine can be directly connected with the water heating pipe because the water pipe joint with an outer diameter of 3.8 is reserved. However, some engines have three-quarters plugs on the side of the cylinder liner or thermostat, and it is necessary to process a reducing joint to connect them. Or screw the valve directly to the engine.
