_ ta (part-time assistant or analyst) was invented by a consulting god, with two original purposes: saving costs and cultivating potential college students. Therefore, at the earliest time, PTA of major consulting companies was generally recruited for students who were still studying in school and waiting for graduation. After PTA came in, there was little difference between basic workers and regular workers in terms of treatment and training. The project team also completely regards PTA as their colleagues to cultivate and get along with each other.
