Huaxin Group, formerly known as huaxin cement Group Company, is a state-owned enterprise reorganized by Hongqi Cement Plant, Huaxin Life Service Company, Huaxin Industrial Company and Huaxin Fiber Cement Products Factory with the approval of Huangshi Municipal People's Government [Huang (1994) No.48]. 1July, 1996, with the approval of Huangshi Municipal People's Government [Huang (1996) No.43], huaxin cement Group Company was restructured into a wholly state-owned company and renamed as Huaxin Group Co., Ltd.
