According to official website, Haojing College of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, this college is an independent college at undergraduate level jointly organized by Shaanxi University of Science and Technology and Shaanxi Scarborough Clothing Co., Ltd., which was founded in 2004 and is one of the first eight independent colleges in Shaanxi Province.
