Fluorine and nitrogen group standard

Technical requirements for fluorine and fluorine-nitrogen mixtures. According to the requirements of the Notice of Petrochemical Federation on Printing and Distributing the First Group Standard Project Plan of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2022, the group standard "Fluorine-Nitrogen Mixture for Electronic Industry" proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and formulated by Beijing Guohua New Materials Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Fujian Yongjing Technology Co., Ltd. has been completed (see Annex 1) and is now publicized. All sectors of society are welcome to give their opinions on the standard content.
