Dabieshan tunnel of Hefei-Wuhan railway

Dabie Mountain Tunnel of Hefei-Wuhan Railway is the longest tunnel of China Railway Passenger Dedicated Line at present. Dabie Mountain Tunnel passes through the mountains of Macheng City, Hubei Province in the hinterland of Dabie Mountain. The west exit is located in Raojiafan Village, sanhe town, Macheng City, and the east exit is located in Ximahe Village, Mu Zi Town, Macheng City, with a total length of 13.256km and a design speed of 250 km/h.

Hefei-Wuhan Railway is one of the first passenger dedicated lines in China, and its completion and commissioning has played an important role in promoting China's high-speed railway to become the center of the world's high-speed railway development. Dabie Mountain Tunnel, the control project of Hefei-Wuhan Railway, has a total length of 1.3256m, which is the longest single-hole double-track railway passenger dedicated line tunnel in China. Its length and engineering scale rank among the top in the world in single-hole and double-line high-speed railway tunnels, and its high-quality and efficient completion makes China another country that systematically grasps the construction technology of single-hole and double-line extra-long tunnels after Japan and Italy. This project has the characteristics of complex geological conditions, large water inflow, large excavation section and high durability requirements of the main structure. It is the longest tunnel project of Hefei-Wuhan Railway with controllable construction period. There are two inclined shafts in Dabie Mountain Tunnel, and the proportion of auxiliary tunnels is 6.5%, which is the lowest in China and the highest in the world.

Dabie Mountain Tunnel Project of Hefei-Wuhan Railway has successively obtained:

●20 10 to 20 1 1 Luban Award for Chinese Construction Engineering (National Quality Project). Up to now, Dabie Mountain Tunnel Project is the only railway tunnel project of passenger dedicated line that has won Luban Award (National Quality Project) since the opening of the first batch of passenger dedicated line in China in 2005, which represents the highest level of construction quality of railway passenger dedicated line in China.

● Second Prize of Excellent Quality Management Team of National Engineering Construction in 2007

● First Prize of 20 10 Railway Quality Project of Ministry of Railways

● Chongqing "Bayu Cup" Quality Engineering Award in 2009

● China Railway Construction "2009 Excellent Design Award"

● The construction method of double-block ballastless track row of railway passenger dedicated line won the ministerial-level construction method of railway construction project in 2009.

● The construction method of integral ballast bed of double-block ballastless track in double-track railway tunnel of passenger dedicated line was rated as bureau-level construction method.

● Combined with this project, a series of standards such as "Construction Procedure and Operation Guide of Railway Tunnel Drilling and Blasting Method" (TZ23 1-2007) were compiled, which provided strong technical support for railway tunnel construction of China's passenger dedicated line.

Some scientific papers related to this project have been published, which is helpful for technology popularization.

● About 2,000 cadres and technical engineers have been trained in combination with the project training, and these people have become the backbone of China's subsequent railway construction.

● On the basis of introducing digestion and innovation, the world-leading ballastless track was laid. On June 2, 2009, the teacher of Tsinghua University Architectural Physics Laboratory led a team to visit the legendary revolutionary holy land-Dabie Mountain Tunnel to test the noise and vibration when the train passed. This experiment is a world-class cooperation across China and Europe.

● Dabie Mountain Tunnel, China people obtained the measured data of high-speed railway train intersection in the tunnel for the first time, which provided a basis for guiding the subsequent high-speed railway tunnel construction in China.

The difference between high-speed railway tunnel and ordinary railway tunnel;

1, tunnel cross-sectional area, the cross-sectional area of ordinary-speed railway tunnel is 67m2, and that of high-speed railway tunnel is110 ~140m2. In the process of construction, full-automatic tunnel laser profiler must be used to carry out blasting lofting, detect smooth blasting, and implement millimeter control to ensure the safety (landslide) quality. In the Dabie Mountain tunnel project,

2. Aerodynamics of high-speed train tunnels. The aerodynamics of ordinary speed railway is completely different from that of high speed railway. The construction of Dabie Mountain Tunnel provides a test platform for China people to study tunnel aerodynamics.

3. Influence of high-speed train on secondary lining of tunnel. According to the calculation of relevant scientific research institutions, the aerodynamic force on the secondary lining of high-speed railway tunnel is 17.34 times that of ordinary railway tunnel, and the phenomenon of falling blocks appears under the influence of high-speed trains in Shinkansen, Japan, which puts forward higher and newer requirements for the internal quality of secondary lining, such as compactness and appearance quality. The Dabie Mountain Tunnel adopts110t full-hydraulic large-rigidity lining formwork.

4, in the process of construction, under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, to ensure safety and quality. Dabie mountain tunnel adopts geological three-dimensional remote sensing technology, and adopts information construction technology combining advanced geological prediction with monitoring and measurement in the construction process. The high accuracy of engineering geological identification, proper measures, relying on scientific construction to completely eliminate landslide accidents and casualties, and effectively control and save investment are textbooks and models for high-quality and efficient construction of high-speed railway tunnels in China.

5. Ballasted tracks are laid in ordinary railway tunnels and ballastless tracks are laid in high-speed railway tunnels. On the basis of introducing digestion and innovation, the world-leading ballastless track was laid.

6. The construction of Dabie Mountain Tunnel shortens the time and space distance between Central China and East China, and saves 8 ~ 10 hours of travel time.

7. Dabie Mountain Tunnel adheres to the principle of "mainly blocking and limited discharge" and implements soil and water conservation. There is no such thing as "building a tunnel, barren hills and removing a resident". The azaleas on the mountain still bloom in April every year, realizing environmental friendliness and social harmony.
